General strategies

The 3-Products app allows you to combine your knowledge and your goals with our behaviour analysis methods to provide a valuable, custom experience for each person that visits your shop.

To do this, we have prepared a variety of product selection strategies that can be mixed and matched to create unique, customer-centric product lists that can be displayed on any page of your shop. Here they are:

Visitor related strategies

  • Similar to visited products – products similar to the ones each customer has already visited.
  • Similar to bought products – products similar to the ones each customer has already bought.
  • Similar to products in cart – products similar to the ones each customer has already added to their cart.
  • Products in cart – products that your customer has added to their cart.
  • Bought before products – products that your customer has already bought before.
  • Visited before products – products that your customer has already visited before.
  • Related to products in cart – recommendations based on the products your customers have already added to their cart.
  • Related to customer history – recommendations based on the products your customers have already interacted with on your shop.
  • From the same collection as products in cart – recommendations from the same collection as the products that your customer has already added to their cart.
  • Seen together with products in cart – products that were visited or bought together with the ones that your customer has already added to their cart.

Shop related strategies

  • From all products – backup strategy that can be combined with others when the visitor did not get the chance to interact with your shop.
  • Trending – products that have recently been popular.
  • Recommended – uses built-in behaviour analysis and prediction methods to figure out what products each of your customers is most likely to buy.
  • Newly added products – products published in the last 30 days.

Collection related strategies*

  • Related to current collection – recommendations based on the products in the viewed collection.
